Really nice hotel with awesome pool, smart, clean and in a good location and really friendly staff. Walking distance from the best of Hamra, very peacful and so nice to have a balcony.
Taxi drivers have a nightmare finding it...best thing to do is ask for Coral Suites and then just go round the corner. Would be great if Midtown printed a little carry card in English and Arabic to show the Taxi drivers.

The location was marvellous and pleasant, a short walk to an archeological museum. The staff was kind, and requests were handled quickly. Wake-up service, available in my triple room, was a nice bonus.

I highly recommand this hotel in Beirut-Hamra! Comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean room and a little plate of fruit will be waiting for you in the room upon arrival !
From the balcony, one only sees the buildings in front, but this is always the case if one wants to be in the heart of Hamra.

Location: the hotel was not far from all good restaurants, and Beirut. There were bright and spotless rooms with a clean bathroom.
Facilities were excellent, however Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Location; it was centrally located for easy walking to pigeon rocks, the main mosque and churches and various other places of interest and shopping. It was also a good location being near to the American University of Beirut for good reasonably priced food both in restuarants and street venders.
Theses are not complaints but observations: Current literature on the hotel both on the website and in the hotel is incorrect; the dedicated bar was still under construction; no flowers are placed in deluxe rooms, fruit is not replaced from day one; the swimming pool was not open to the dismay of the guests even thought the temperatures was well into the 20-25 deg C.Staff are poorly trained hence communication with guests is appaulling e.g. bills incorrectly produced, no one informed guests of the situation on arrival re bar and accomodation; computer input on days of stay incorrect. The main electricity power supply fails on a regualr basis but staff do not inform guests on arrival hence it is possible to be stuck in a lift with no knowledge or warning. There was little space between the bed and the wall on one side making getting in and out of bed difficult. Finally, there are areas of the walls that are damp and the paint is peeling which one would not expect in a new hotel.
